aFe Pro 5R panel filter is a direct replacement for the original paper filter in your stock air box. If you’re looking for a power gain and improved throttle response but without the accompanying cost and noise of a full intake kit, a replacement filter is the solution. The Pro 5R is an oiled-cotton gauze filter media – the 5-layer filter flows a lot better than the stock filter while a small coating of retention oil traps dirt, dust, and debris. The Pro 5R filter is washable and reusable and only needs occasional cleaning and re-oiling from an aFe service kit. Since these OE-replacement filters sit inside your stock air box there is no change to intake noise or factory appearance of your engine bay.
